Each and every item purchased from Quality Trading is new and is fully guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, or the item may be returned for replacement or full purchase price refund within 30 days from date of delivery. The customer may be referred to the manufacturer for warranty issues, as deemed appropriate.

All returns MUST be authorized by Quality Trading prior to shipping the item/s back. You MUST request a return authorization by contacting us and completing the Request for Support Form. This may be found on our website by clicking the Contact Us button at the top of the page and choosing the category Returns. All contact with Quality Trading should include your order number for easy reference, so issues may be addressed in a prompt and expeditious manner. In the event you have been given authorization to return merchandise, you will be expected to follow the instructions given to you by our customer service representatives and/or as outlined in our Return Material Authorizations

Holiday return policy: During the shopping season we want to reassure you that our return policy period will not take effect for any gift you give until December 26th. You can shop with confidence at Quality Trading Inc.

Defective Merchandise may be returned ONLY after you have contacted us and informed us of the defect and ONLY after you have been authorized to return the products. Quality Trading reserves the right to forward merchandise to manufacturers for testing, evaluation and defect determination and will abide by the results ascertained from such manufacturers. Quality Trading reserves the right to credit for defective merchandise in lieu of replacement. All merchandise to be returned to Quality Trading after being authorized to do so MUST be shipped PREPAID UPS Ground/ FedEx Ground/ USPS Regular mail. You may be reimbursed for return shipping costs after evaluating your return and only with a copy of a receipt showing the return shipping costs. Quality Trading WILL NOT reimburse customer for expedited return shipping cost.

Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned for any reason within 15 days of receipt for full product price credit. Merchandise MUST be returned FREIGHT PREPAID in a delivery box to reserve its original product packaging. All related shipping costs on returns made for non-defective or non-damaged items, both from and to our warehouse, would not be refundable under any circumstances, unless specifically approved by Quality Trading. If merchandise is found to be OPENED but UNUSED and SELLABLE, a 25% RESTOCKING FEE will apply. Quality Trading WILL NOT issue refund or credit if merchandise is found to be used and un-sellable.

In addition, the return of obviously used items, items where it is evident that damage was done due to neglect or abuse, items returned as factory defective yet showing the signs of much use, may result in no credit being due or issued with the item being disposed of or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

Shipping Damage: DO NOT RECEIVE OR SIGN for merchandise that is being delivered to you if the “PACKAGING” appears to be damaged in any way. We advise that you refuse delivery and state damaged freight” as the reason to the delivery person. You MUST advise us immediately in the event you have refused delivery due to damage.

Damaged merchandise that has already been delivered MUST be reported immediately to Quality Trading and the delivery carrier. In most cases this will be UPS as we use UPS exclusively for small package delivery. You may contact UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (1-800-742-5877).

Unauthorized Returns: ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURN, REFUSED SHIPMENT OF MERCHANDISE, or "return to sender" (unless otherwise instructed by Quality Trading) will not be processed and will not be entitled for a credit or refund.

 Expedited Shipping: Quality Trading WILL NOT ship replacement merchandise via expedited shipping methods unless merchandise was ordered and shipped via expedited shipping methods on the original order. This applies to all shipments of replacements for any cause or reason including defects

The policies stated above apply to all products sold by Quality Trading Inc with the following exceptions as noted below:

Electronics: All non-defective returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

·         GPS Navigation Units

o        Must be returned with authorization from Quality Trading Inc. within 90 days from purchase date.

o        After 90 days, claims must be filed with the manufacturer.

Skates: Roller Skates and Ice Skates

·         Roller Derby Brands

o        Must be returned with authorization from Quality Trading Inc. within 60 days from purchase date.

o        Evaluation and repair process may take up to 3 weeks.

Consumer Direct Products: Consumer direct products are to be returned directly to the manufacturer with proof of purchase.
